We're a family-run team based in Sámara and Tamarindo, flying open-cockpit gyrocopters over Costa Rica's lush jungles, pristine beaches, and volcanic landscapes. From short round flights to longer scenic tours and professional gyrocopter instruction, every flight starts with the people who fly and maintain these machines every day.

Fly With Us is run by the people who fly, maintain, and grow it every day — a hands-on team, not a franchise.
We operate from Sámara and Tamarindo, so wherever you're staying on the Guanacaste coast, a flight is close by.
Short round flights, longer scenic tours, and professional gyrocopter instruction — all in the open cockpit.
A gyrocopter (also called a gyroplane or autogyro) is a light, open aircraft that mixes airplane and helicopter design. Look up and you'll see a large rotor, but our engine never turns it. It spins freely on the airflow as we move forward, a bit like a pinwheel in the breeze, and that provides the lift. A separate propeller at the back does the pushing. Two simple parts, each doing one job. The design goes back nearly a century to Spanish engineer Juan de la Cierva, who wanted an aircraft that couldn't fall out of the sky. Because the rotor is always spinning on its own, a gyro is very hard to stall, flies slow and low, lands in short distances, and stays remarkably steady in gusty coastal air. For you that means an open, bird's-eye ride with clear views on every side, cruising gently over the beaches, the reef, and the wildlife below. It's the closest thing there is to flying like a bird.
